Ricia L. Maxie has had an incredible dual career spanning over 25 years each in both the business and spiritual fields. As a professional business woman and Organization Effectiveness Consultant, Ricia provides team building, mediation, interpersonal communication and leadership improvement, stress reduction.  She also presents a myriad of training classes. Additionally, Ricia is an internationally renowned mystic, a sought-after speaker, a gifted instructor, and a Reiki healer. After having studied with master teachers and practicing numerous approaches to meditation from several traditions, Ricia leads meditations and spiritual retreats.  She also teaches spiritual/personal growth classes and workshops.
