Acceptance
Acceptance guides you to let go of your personal
opinion of circumstances so that you can
begin to accept what is going on in your
life. It doesn't mean that you have to
agree with it, like it, dislike it—just know
that you don't have to resist everything
that may end up taking place anyway. This
meditation helps to relieve tension and
stress.
Fear or
Excitement is
another way of looking at things
that, at first blush, may be
very fearful. In the intro
to this meditation, a situation
is described where Ricia was
going to the top of the Golden
Gate Bridge and immediately
became fearful. By
listening to Guidance, she found
something different. This
meditation teaches you to look
differently at situations.
Co-Creation
is about creating what you'd like in your
life. Many people walk around wanting
things to be different but they don't take
the steps to create different scenarios.
This meditation helps you create those
different scenarios that are specific to
you.
I Am That
is a relaxation exercise in the beginning,
then a chant during the second half. This
chant was given to Ricia 25 years ago by
Guidance; she thought it would be helpful to
people during these more stressful times. |
